Mr. Sukhbir Singh is the founder Director of the Company. He is one of the promoters of company and looks after the company affairs. He is the driving force of XtraNet’s strategic direction and marketing focus. He has a vast experience in the field of IT, the company has gone from strength to strength under his able guidance.

As chief mentor at XtraNet, Mr. Singh drives all innovation, new product development and quality initiatives. His inspirational leadership has led XtraNet on the growth path with quality deliverable.

JOGENDRAPAL SINGH ALAGH

Mr. JogendraPal Singh is a Director of the company. He has a vast experience in the field of IT. He co-founded the organization & looks after business development and operations of the organization. Under stewardship of Mr. Jogendrapal, Company is achieving great heights.

Mr. JP Singh drives various strategic initiatives, expansion plans and go-to-market strategies and is actively involved in managing operations of the company. He plays a critical role in creating sustainable value for the organization. He has been focusing on growth and profitability initiatives through planning, monitoring and course-correcting.

SHINEY SUKHBIR

Ms. Shiney Sukhbir is the Director- Operations of the company, She possesses a dual post graduate degree in Business administration and also in Finance with 20 years of vast operational experience. She is responsible for implementing organizational objectives and is also responsible for the growth and profitability of a company. Additionally, her role also includes expense control, staff management and department supervision. She has been instrumental in providing strategic leadership for short- and long-term goals through the use of thoughtful techniques in the communication of the company’s mission and core values as a means to implement positive change and create organizational structure within the assigned business units.

She believes that “ An organization’s ability to learn, and translate that learning into action rapidly, is the ultimate competitive advantage.
