With a career spanning over 20 years, Sameer carries a rich experience of driving business and leading various functions.
Sameer has been a part of the XtraNet Technologies for over 2 years now. His association has immensely contributed to the overall growth of the brand and has helped various businesses scale new heights. He heads the company’s Global Operations for Project implementation & Service Delivery where he is responsible for transforming XtraNet’s Next Gen business from a traditional BPO services business to a provider of holistic next-generation business and technical services to marquee various valuable customers across the globe.
Naveen has joined the service delivery team as “Associate Vice President, Service Delivery”. He brings in 25 years of rich experience in IT that spans into diverse range of domains like Defence, Telecommunications, Banking, Retail, Workforce solutions, Public sector etc. He is reputed to bring in order in chaotic situation that earned him a nickname of Crisis Manager. Structured planning and on time delivery has been his forte. He is a core delivery professional with impeccable acumen for service excellence.
He has also worked in several leadership roles that includes but not limited to managing IT portfolios of several Fortune 500/1000 clienteles. His delivery excellence has conferred him several laurels and awards.

Currently, Alakh is leading Business Development team for ERP, Software Applications and IT Services. In this role he is responsible for corporate marketing, corporate strategy, product offerings, and new business development activities.
