Chetan Anand is a highly accomplished finance and strategic leadership professional with more than two decades of experience in driving financial transformation, corporate growth, treasury excellence, governance enhancement, and large-scale business expansion across technology, infrastructure, automotive, hospitality, and diversified business sectors. Over the course of his career, Chetan has successfully led and managed fundraising, banking, and treasury transactions exceeding ₹2,000 crore while building strong institutional relationships with banks, investors, rating agencies, auditors, and financial stakeholders. He has extensive expertise across strategic financial planning, treasury management, business restructuring, budgeting, valuation, compliance, taxation, internal controls, and enterprise-wide financial governance. In his previous leadership assignment with Continental Engines Ltd. (Bakshi Group), where he served for nearly 18 years, he played a critical role in transforming the organisation from a ₹100 crore enterprise into a diversified ₹1,000+ crore group.
He led complex balance sheet restructuring initiatives, strengthened financial reporting frameworks, and drove closure and consolidation of books across multiple group entities while working closely with leading audit firms and regulatory stakeholders. He also played a key role in structuring overseas business operations and financial frameworks for international group entities, ensuring alignment with regulatory, treasury, compliance, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
His leadership was instrumental in driving ERP implementation, improving credit ratings, optimising working capital cycles, evaluating large-scale CAPEX investments, and establishing robust governance and control mechanisms across businesses. Recognised for his sharp financial acumen, strategic foresight, and execution-driven leadership style.
As the Group CFO of Xtranet Technologies Pvt. Ltd., he is spearheading the company’s financial strategy, capital structuring, investor relations, banking partnerships, governance framework, and IPO readiness initiatives. He plays a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s balance sheet, improving financial discipline, enhancing profitability, and aligning financial strategy with long-term business growth and shareholder value creation.
